Shipping & Delivery

MĀERENE's launch market is South Africa.

International orders are not generally available at launch and may only be considered by prior arrangement with MĀERENE.

Free South African delivery is offered on orders of R1,500 or more.

Orders below R1,500 incur a delivery charge. The exact under-R1,500 delivery charge will be confirmed once courier selection and rates are finalised.

MĀERENE aims to dispatch ready or available paid orders within 1–2 working days after payment.

Delivery is ordinarily 2–5 working days after dispatch to major centres. Outlying areas may take longer.

These are expected target timeframes, not absolute guarantees.

Tracking is supplied where available.

MĀERENE takes responsibility for investigating a parcel lost in transit and will resolve an eligible loss appropriately.

Where tracking indicates delivery but receipt is disputed, MĀERENE will investigate courier proof of delivery before determining resolution.

Reasonable redelivery costs may be charged where delivery fails because of an incorrect address or circumstances controlled by the recipient.

Where MĀERENE or the courier is at fault, the member should not bear the additional delivery cost.

Address changes requested before dispatch can be handled by the Studio.

After dispatch, MĀERENE may attempt a courier redirect but cannot guarantee it, and additional courier charges may apply.

Standard fulfilment is courier delivery.

Special collection may occasionally be arranged directly with the Studio but is not an advertised click-and-collect service.
